Operator and scope
CNUG LLC operates this website and develops Who Would Win in a Fight (WWWIAF). These terms apply to use of this informational site and, when available, the SMS verification program described below. Questions: support@cnuggames.com.
Development status
WWWIAF is still in development. This site does not provide gameplay, accounts, purchases, or SMS enrollment. No release date, feature set, platform support, or availability is guaranteed. Additional app terms and updated disclosures may apply before launch.
SMS verification terms
When available, WWWIAF’s SMS program will send one-time passcodes (OTPs) for user-requested phone verification or sign-in. It is operated by CNUG LLC under the CNUG Games / WWWIAF name. It is not a marketing subscription.
You opt in only by entering your own mobile number in the app, affirmatively selecting a separate, unchecked SMS consent box, and choosing to request a code. Merely visiting this website, accepting general terms, or contacting support does not enroll you.
Message frequency varies based on your verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email support@cnuggames.com. Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message; no further verification texts will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again. Opting out may prevent SMS-based sign-in. No alternative sign-in method is promised.
Consent to verification texts is not a condition of purchase. You must be authorized to use the number you submit. Do not submit someone else’s number or request unwanted messages. Opt-in is specific to verification messages; it does not authorize promotional texts.
SMS delivery depends on carriers and network conditions and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Never share a one-time passcode. Requesting a code does not guarantee access to the app.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, scrape personal information, or abuse verification requests or support channels.
Content and ownership
CNUG branding, artwork, and site content are owned by CNUG LLC or their respective rights holders. You may view this site for personal informational use. These terms do not grant ownership of our branding or permission to redistribute it commercially.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains website information handling and the planned verification program. Agreeing to these terms alone does not provide SMS consent.
Availability and responsibility
The site and development information are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, CNUG LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Updates and contact
