Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

WWWIAF is in development. This policy describes this informational website and the planned SMS verification program. App-specific data practices beyond verification will be disclosed before those features launch.

Who we are

CNUG LLC operates cnuggames.com and develops WWWIAF. Contact support@cnuggames.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information on this website

This static website has no account forms, SMS enrollment forms, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies set by its own code. Your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time to the hosting provider to deliver pages. Hosting services may process security and access logs under their configuration and policies. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and information you choose to provide.

Planned app verification information

When SMS verification is enabled, CNUG LLC will process the mobile number you provide, verification requests and results, message delivery records, and consent and opt-out records. Consent records will include when and how you opted in and which disclosure you saw. We will use this information to verify requests, deliver codes, prevent misuse, honor messaging preferences, and answer support requests.

SMS consent and choices

When available, WWWIAF’s SMS program will send one-time passcodes (OTPs) for user-requested phone verification or sign-in. It is operated by CNUG LLC under the CNUG Games / WWWIAF name. It is not a marketing subscription.

You opt in only by entering your own mobile number in the app, affirmatively selecting a separate, unchecked SMS consent box, and choosing to request a code. Merely visiting this website, accepting general terms, or contacting support does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies based on your verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email support@cnuggames.com. Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message; no further verification texts will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again. Opting out may prevent SMS-based sign-in. No alternative sign-in method is promised.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent data will not be shared with third parties except aggregators and service providers needed to deliver and operate the text messaging service.

We use service providers for hosting, support, security, and, when enabled, SMS delivery through Twilio and telecommunications carriers. They receive information needed for those functions. We may disclose other information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and prevent fraud. These provisions do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for third-party marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for the purposes described here, including security, support, legal obligations, and proof of consent. We retain suppression records as needed to honor opt-outs. Exact app retention periods must be established before launch and reflected in an updated policy. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed; no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Never send a verification code to support or another person.

Your requests

Email support to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or opt-out purposes. Privacy rights vary by location, and we will respond as required by applicable law. Replying STOP changes SMS preferences; it does not itself delete an account or all records.

Children and international access

This informational site does not invite children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support. Age eligibility and any additional safeguards for the app will be established before release. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when practices change. Material changes to the live app’s practices will be communicated as required. New messaging purposes require appropriate new consent.
